Building Stronger Families through Compassion: Community Cooperative’s Holiday Outreach
FORT MYERS, Fla. (December 14, 2023) – Amidst the holiday spirit of spreading joy, Community Cooperatives launched their heartwarming holiday outreach initiatives, ‘Adopt a Family’ and ‘Adopt a Senior.’ Extending their arms to embrace families and seniors in need, recognizing that the true essence of the holidays lies in coming together. These initiatives are not just about gift-giving but fostering a culture of support, empathy, and connection, allowing them to help build stronger families.
“Our commitment to building stronger families and creating a foundation within our community that is compassionate is led through these initiatives,” said Stefanie Ink-Edwards, CEO of Community Cooperative. “The ‘Adopt a Family’ and ‘Adopt a Senior’ encourages our community members to understand and connect with the challenges faced by many during the holiday season.”
The ‘Building Stronger Families’ program, at its core aims to create a supportive environment where families feel valued and understood. Through these holiday outreach initiatives, Community Cooperative exemplifies the power of empathy and not only building stronger families but united communities.
Community Cooperative encourages everyone to participate in this endeavor and experience firsthand the joy of giving and the profound impact of their compassion on the lives of others. These initiatives serve as a beacon of hope and foster a sense of togetherness that extends beyond the holiday season.
