Community Cooperative Welcomes Heather Singleton as the Social Services and Education Manager
FORT MYERS, Fla. (March 20, 2025) – Community Cooperative is excited to announce Heather Singleton as the new Social Services and Education Manager. With over twenty years of experience in non-profit management, Heather has held key leadership positions such as Chief Executive Officer, Program Director, and Manager, where she demonstrated her ability to motivate and engage teams to achieve program excellence and make a meaningful impact in the community.
Heather holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from International College, graduating summa cum laude, as well as an associate’s degree in accounting. Her extensive background in the non-profit sector has given her a deep understanding of program management, client engagement, and strategic growth. Heather’s leadership style focuses on creating strong, collaborative teams and fostering an environment where staff and clients feel supported and empowered.
What drives Heather is her passion for helping others in the community. She believes her new role at Community Cooperative will offer the perfect opportunity to fulfill that passion. Heather shared, “I’m excited to join the Community Cooperative team and contribute to its mission of ending hunger and homelessness in Southwest Florida. Helping others has always been a core value of mine, and I’m looking forward to working alongside such a dedicated team to create positive change in our community.”
